Blood in stool during 23 week pregnancy
I have constipation since last month and now getting blood in stool since few days and pain in anus as well. Blood in stool happened 3 times in last week and 3rd time bleeding was a bit high in stool. I am taking iron capsules on alternative days and my Hb is also low 9.2 as I am beta thalassemia carrier. My ferritin level is normal that is 97. My husband's Hb and Ferritin levels are also normal. I had this problem since last week during pregnancy and 3 times in last week. And never had it before ever. Also, ultrasound for pregnancy showed everything normal that was done 2 weeks ago. Please advise any remedies. Also, Can I take honey as a home remedy. Please advise. Thanks.

Honey will not help Blood in stool happens as the hard stool causes injury to the passage Hv a high fiber diet n a stool softener safe in pregnancy would help
