Blood in Phlegm without Coughing

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am have Rhinitis Sinus because of that generally mucus of phlegm comes all day whenever i comes in contact with pollution or dust but today evening I noticed blood spot in my phlegm. I concerned about it. I am posting photo of the same. Your advice and suggestions well appreciated. Thank you.
