Blood group rh negative
Doctors, if a mother rh negative does not take anti d inj within 72 hours after delivery then after those first 72   can she get anti d inj ? If yes then till how many days after delivery it is ok to use anti D inj ?

Yes still u can take the injection as taking it better than not taking at all. Till 10 days post delivery u can get the anti d injection but best results if taken within 72 hrs. After that also it will have some protection

What's blood group of newborn? If its Rh Positive then she needs to have injection Anti D. And its ideal to have it in 72 hours of delivery. After that it won't help that much. But get it asap

Should be given within 72 hours If not then unpredictable if the injection will prevent isoimmunisation
