I am 26 year old. I had blood glucose test after 10 hrs of fasting it is 109.. am i a diebetic person. My parents are not diebetic.. Is there any thing i can do to be normal.

You have impaired fasting glucose which is classed as pre diabetes. Eat healthy and exercise regularly. Consult a dietician and recommend retest along with cholesterol levels after 3 to 6 months as your risk of diabetes is very high.
