Brush twice regularly and use a mouthwash for improving your gum health.
Start using gum paint ,e.g.astrigum....massage your gums with gum paint using fingertip 2 times a day ......
U might need to get scaling (cleaning of teeth)done..
1. betadine gargle in 1:5water ratio to be rinsed with twice daily
2. apply Tan-X gum paint on affected gums thrice daily after meals for at least 15mins.
3. Celine tab once daily for a week.
