I am having blood clotting in right hand and thigh also lump observed in breast within a month or during exertion.

Try to post the blood clot present on your hand and in my opinion it may be due to low platelet count and may be due to unknown injuries occurred without your knowledge and I accidentally and really due to some clotting abnormality.
