Blood clots in brain
My brother is 45years age. He have blood clots in brain. If he went to surgery whether it cures permanently or may come again. Whether any memory loss or any danger happens for these clots

Surgery would be done to evacuate the clots from the area and not to cause any damage to the brain, especially if the bleed is causing any damage to the brain only will surgery be considered. Surgery is not a permanent cure but would be done to control the current situation and fix the current cause of he bleed(if required). Memory loss, paralysis, hypertension can occur due to the clots but it will only be considered for surgery if the brainstem is compromised, otherwise the clot can be absorbed by the brain while monitoring the status.
