Blood clot in left leg
I had an accident a few months ago where a toto (e-rickshaw) fell on the back of my left leg. There was no bone fracture, but I developed a blood clot in that area. With treatment and medicines, the clot has mostly gone. However, even now I can feel a small almond-sized lump at the injury site. I also get pain in my left leg if I stand for more than 30 minutes or walk for a while. I don’t want to take more medicines if possible. I wanted to ask whether daily massage would help, or if this will heal on its own with time. What would you suggest?
