I had an accident a few months ago where a toto (e-rickshaw) fell on the back of my left leg. There was no bone fracture, but I developed a blood clot in that area. With treatment and medicines, the clot has mostly gone.
However, even now I can feel a small almond-sized lump at the injury site. I also get pain in my left leg if I stand for more than 30 minutes or walk for a while.
I don’t want to take more medicines if possible. I wanted to ask whether daily massage would help, or if this will heal on its own with time. What would you suggest?

Hey there!
I think gently muscle movement will help you to release the clot. However I need more information and visual examination. Feel free to contact me online.

Primary go with the Doppler,if everything is ok then go with the ankle toe movements and with the electro therapy of laser then the problem will resolve with in days or if ther is in any change in Doppler then according to the results the treatment should follow up
Greetings from Rid of Pain Physiotherapy
First of all diagnosis is needed if any part of the blood clot is present. If no clot available then u need Physiotherapy under the guidance and advice.
