Blocked nose most of the times
My son who is 16 has a perpetually blocked nose which makes it very difficult for him to breathe. I usex otrivin but dont want to make it a habit. I give him steam but doesnt really help. Can i use a nasal spray which would give relief and cure this thing. Pls advise

Ma’am u need to get a thorough consultation for him and get a nasal endoscopy and CT scan of nose pns done to properly diagnose and treat the obstruction, it may be due to dns, polyp, adenoid
