Blocked fallopian tune treatment
Both of my wife's fallopian tubes are blocked due to which we are not able to have a baby.  Is there a serious problem with fallopian tube block?  What treatment is used to open the fellowship tube closed.. problem is big or not pls guide us

Dear Practo user, natural conceptions are not possible with blocked tubes. Surgery has very low success rates in these cases. It is better to go for IVF which has higher success rates. Please consult me on Docon app for further advice.

See if tubes are blocked on HSG then confirm by laparoscopic surgery. At same time , trial to cannulation of tubes can be done If it fails, ivf is the option

If blocked Fallopian tubes were diagnosed in HSG you need a laparoscopic chromopertubation which can open or flush the tubes in proximal blockage
