Blocked ear since a few weeks

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Left ear blocked. General physician prescribed Ziffy 200mg for 3 days and Soliwax drops for 15 days, a month ago. Ear still blocked. I can hear a ringing and rushing sound along with slight pressure. The block clears slightly for a few minutes when I put the drops but comes back after a while. No pain, just discomfort. Can hear from the ear but altered because of the block. Please help me. Is this tinnitus or something serious?

Please consult on chat, I would suggest stop use of ear drops as if it's not wax then this shall damage your ear
