Bloating of stomach
I have severe constipation and gas formation motion does not clear completely. Undergone piles surgery 2 yrs back. Was feeling OK for quite some time but since last 2-3 weeks problems started. I was taking cremaffin plus at night as advised by doctors no relief. Other medication includes olmesar 20mg for hypertension .

I understand your problem
Taking only.medication will not solve your problem but you need to change your diet too. Like taking food with fiber will help you face constipation and gas formation at a time and meanwhile you need to consult the same doctor who treated you for piles. Fiber lies in banana, all vegetables except tubers,.
