Bloating and poking In the stomach
From past few days my stomach feels bloated and there's a pinching sensation in the stomach , also i feel nauseas and there's yellow/white vomit during morning. I can't eat much too because of the bloating sensation after eating too is very uncomfortable, what should i do?
