I have a lot of never ending bloating and gas due to which sometimes I have pain in different area of body which turned into strain. The problem got multiplied during lockdown. Kindly help with some remedies....

Hello, it’s better to avoid fatty and spicy food. Do not lie down immediately after food. Take a bland diet. Do regular exercise. If symptoms persisting it’s better to consult a gastroenterologist.
