I have a bloating problem and constipation which causes my lower abs look very bad. So I would like to know how to reduce bloating and what food should I avoid.

Avoid fried foods ,junk and fast food completely Better to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. This will help you overcome constipation.
Next Steps
Take fresh fruits and vegetables a lot.
