Hi This is quite common to every women in their pregnancy time that too in their initial months.. Have ajwain or cumin or fennel seeds or decoctions of all the three seperately whenever you feel nausea..you can use any one of these when you feel so...but nausea will still be there for sometime being.. These are all temporary relief sort of ...for you..but this will go away..as you get into 2nd trimester of later..so need not worry on this...but irritation would be there... Drink enough water and fluids for fluid retention as you say you have more sweats and giddiness as well... For bloating avoid spicy , masala ,sour, salty, like pickles, avoid large meals all..to manage bloating.. And don't sleep immediately after having any food as this causes acid reflux and bloating too.. Just walk lightly after having any food for the food to get digested and absorbed well and feel lighter so on.. Do light exercises both morning and evening , exposure to sun, good sleep, rest and relaxation all are essential...now.

Hi During first trimester which is 3months off pregnancy all this is normal because off hormonal changes. Just try to have small frequent meals. Include curds in a diet. Keep sipping water . Have lemon juice with little sugar and salt. Chew gum that will help to secret juice and will help in proper digestion. If any further issue or help contact me on practo
