Hi! Please switch Roti with rice and observe your symptoms. If you don’t feel any gastric issues with rice at lunch , then it is classic sign of intolerance to wheat proteins. Include fresh curd/buttermilk with meals, eat green saunf after each meal and stay hydrated.

Hi, These are symptoms of indigestion due to Gluten sensitivity. You need to visit a gastroenterologist. Have a little sauf and Ajwain post meals. Avoid oily ,spicy and heavy meals, fasting and feasting.
