Bloating an belching

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Bloating on upper abdominal after meal and frequintly belching..since 5 years ,and from 1 month having chest pain i did upper endoscpy, c t scan abdomin pelvis, barium test, all reports are normal.only on endoscopy its mension reflux esophagitis dont what is that. plz some tell what kind a desies i have.

Your symptoms are suggestive of Acid peptic disease with Reflux oesophagitis. The acid in the stomach goes back into the esophagus which should not happen. You have to take antacid, acid suppressant and drug that improves the motility of the stomach. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid smoking, alcohol and pain killers.
