1. instead of having 3 huge meals, suggest you to have smaller meals.
2. close your mouth and chew your food thoroughly before swallowing.
3. have a cup of curd or even more everyday.
4. drink lots of water.
5. have high protein and high fibre diet.
6. don't sleep immediately after food. let there be atleast 2 hours gap.
7. have lots of greens and fruits.
8. minimum of 20 mins of brisk walking will help you.
