Bleparitis or not?
I have dry eyes, but when I use Systane Ultra drops, I get white dandruff on my eyelashes otherwise it dont appear whole day. Do I have bleparitis?
If yes, do we have treatment for bleparitis?
My eyelashes have suddenly started to fall, can it be because of Winter?

It could be blepharitis.
Please clean eyes with lukewarm water.
Make a solution - few drops of baby shampoo to 1 glass of water. Dip an earbud in the solution and Give a gentle scrub to eyelash line.
Use ocupol eye ointment in night before sleeping.
