Sir in your case need oral prophylaxis because when bleeding on brushing it means gingival swelling due to deposit. Foul odour is also a symptoms of this problem. In advanced stage sensitivity and gum recedes, mobility of teeth. Advanced stage known as periodontitis (Piarrhea).

Hi..it's a sign of gum disease (Pyorrhoea). You need scaling from dentist and laser treatment if required.
