Bleeding,pain during pee trying conceive

Hello, I'm trying to conceive. 5 days After taking egg rupture injection, I had light blood clotting and pain during urination. Is this urine infection? I have taken zenflox tablet. Is there still any chance of conception or this cycle is wasted?
