I am 5 months postpartum, have a slight pain and burning in lower abdomen with little spotting of blood in urine ...I had c section... please help

You are 5 months Post LSCS. That Hematurea will not persist for so long usually. Burning and spotting of blood in Urine can be a fatal Urinary tract infection.
