Bleeding in 3rd month

Iam in week 12, today i found a very little pinkish red vaginal discharge. Is this any serious issue or is this normal. What should be done

Bleeding in pregnancy is not normal. Kindly go ahead with an USG to rule out hemorrhage inside if so u need to support the baby with safer extra medicines Check for fetal cardiac activity as well
