Bleeding in 12 weeks pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My wife had bleeding during 12 weeks pregnancy doctors diagnosed and advised hucog 5000 injection twice a week. Ultrasound was ok so she was discharged after 3 days. Now The problem occurred again after a week. I want to know why is this happening again? Is that something harmful to foetus? Please share your valuable suggestions.. thank you and I shall be highly obliged to you.
