Hello good morning Having bleeding gums indicates that you have deposits present around your teeth and gums . Kindly get it evaluated and go for the regular teeth cleaning. I would suggest everyone here to get teeth cleaning once a year atleast so that most of the problems associated with teeth are avoided...

Hi..gum bleeding continues to reoccur only if calculus deposits are one the root surface as well. Scaling helps but bleeding is seen to re occur again. There is a permanent solution for this. We need to take x ray OPG for this to see amount of bone loss. A gum flap surgery is a permanent remedy. You can visit www.32smilesdentalclinics.com and book an appointment with me for consultation for more details. Regards

Bleeding gums as previously quoted by another doctor is due to accumulation of plaque and tartar. This can we removed by regular session of cleaning and polishing every 6 months. But if this persists there could be more deposits beneath gumline ,so you may be require deep cleaning which is done by gum specialist. Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and also flossing regularly. Even after this there is bleeding then there could be some deficiencies too like vitamin C.Try taking lots of citrus fruits juices in your diet.Aftr all this also bleeding persists gum surgery may be an option.

Bleeding gums usually indicate inflammation of the gums secondary to bacterial deposits on the teeth. It would require one or more sessions of professional cleaning in the dental office. Sometimes in severe cases it may require surgical intervention as well. Please get it evaluated as soon as possible so that your problem can be diagnosed accurately and treated accordingly.
