Bleeding from vagina while urination
Hello doc. My mom had last history of fibroids, ovarian cyst 8 years back. Currently she is in perimenopausal period. Her periods are regular. And recently this month she got periods 19days after the last menstrual period. She gives me h/o passage of small 1 or 2clots from vagina everytime she is urinating during her menses for 4 to 5 days. Last month this problem was not there. Is this serious? What investigation should be done?

This is common, mostly due to harmonal imbalance. Get her ultrasound done, and also routine urine examine.
