Bleeding from nose
My daughter aged 10 years had a bleeding nose twice today morning and afternoon. No injury was there. It's very hot in Delhi, is it due to that? Pls advise.

It's epistaxis. Keep her hydrated. Plenty of water. Tell her not to pick her nose. Sitting upright, leaning slightly forward and pinching both nostrils shut for 5 to 10 minutes may help stop a nosebleed. Repeating these steps may also help. Tell her to breath from mouth. apply an ice pack to the bridge of your nose to further help constrict blood vessels. If still not stopping then consult
