From the symptoms, reported by you it seems that their is calculus deposition in addition to gingival inflammation, resulting in bleeding from gums. A Subgingival Curettage along with a supragingival one should resolve the case, provided you follow a strict oral hygiene maintenance regime coupled with proper Brushing ( Technique ).

u need scaling n polising. than use soft brush with fluoridated paste n chlorhexidine mouth rinses. brush two times daily
