It depends on lot other factors before we come to a conclusion
1. Is this your first time being sexually active?
2. Did u have white or greenish discharge pv prior to this ?
3.any h/o inter or mid cycle spotting?
There are lots of reasons for bleeding during menses - like cervicitis,polyp etc
