It is normal to experience some amount of swelling and soreness after braces adjustments. Braces make thorough toothbrushing a bit more difficult than it used to be. This leads to  bacterial plaque build-up which can lead to red, bleeding and swollen gums. Regular brushing and flossing is the best way to take care of your teeth and gums.
Next Steps
Visit the dentist for professional dental cleaning if symptoms persist.
Health Tips
Brush 2-3 times a day.. Use an interproximal brush and a floss threader to clean under and around gums. Gargle with warm salt water 3-4 times a day for 1 week.

Hello dear Please be patient Yes it is the normal finding. It occurs because of increase in the concentration of plaque and calculus due to application of braces. I suggest you to maintain hygiene and have regular scaling done at least once in a month Thanks
