Hi mam
Please stop all these medicine you already taking because ayurvedic medicine are in garm tasir .So do not take garm tasir things if you have urine problem. If there is no stone then you can stop all medicine.
:- Second eat thandi ( cold tasir food or fruit )
:- 3rd :- drink 1 glass of boiled water after 2 hr.at least drink one or two ltr.water in a day.
OR
Consult with your dr.from you are taking medicine

It can certainly be cured by ayurvedic medicines for sure. As you said, stones are gone, it means it worked well. As you have fatty liver and cystitis, a slight change in medication will help. Don't forget to include tab arogyavardhini. It will also depend upon your body weight, cholesterol levels, and blood sugar. You can consult me if you feel.
