Mother ,62 years I am noticing these blackness in nails ,1 of the nails has come out . Please suggest treatment and which doctor to consult .

However as your mother is 62 years old, before making a pucca diagnosis and offering treatment, much more details on her medical, personal and socioeconomic history will be required to structure a clear action plan. Any co morbidity eg DM, Pulmonary issues etc needs to be factored in. At the outset, a fungal infection of the nails or a Vascular problem cannot be ruled out and further tests may be required.
