Blackish skin
Hi I have been experiencing this for the last 3 months because of the cheek bite on my left side of the cheek because I had to remove my last tooth lower one and now I can see a white line too but when I get it checked with the dentist they said it's normal it was all because of cheek bite but it's been 15 days since my tooth extraction but still there is no improvement ... Please help me . Tell me if I need to change my dentist or anything else I use warm water with salt daily.

Cheek biting can result in formation of whitish lines on the mucosa due to frictional keratosis which takes time to resolve completely. Would have been helpful if a clinical pic was shared. But doesn't sound worrying from the symptoms shared.
Next Steps
Do keep up regular follow up visits with your dentist.

Hello, This is most likely, linea alba (the white line inside your cheek) takes time to form, and it also takes time to fade away. Normally, it is harmless, painless, and asymptomatic. However, if it appears red in color or develops ulcers, it may be due to cheek biting, which should be corrected as soon as possible. In your case, it could be related to your wisdom tooth or possibly other teeth. Since you’ve already had your third molar removed, your dentist should check if any other teeth are contributing to the issue. If needed, they may perform a minor adjustment or enameloplasty. In some cases, they might also recommend wearing a night guard for a while. The best step is to get it examined again by your dentist. Be assured, this condition is completely treatable.
Next Steps
The next step is to visit the dentist again for a proper evaluation and follow their advice. This is a completely treatable condition.
Health Tips
Being careful while chewing and drinking plenty of water can help reduce irritation. If the area feels sore, softer foods may also be more comfortable. Good oral hygiene is important, and if your dentist suggests a small adjustment or a night guard, following their advice will help prevent the problem from coming back. Do not try to treat it yourself, as that can cause more harm. If ulcers last more than two weeks, or if you notice increasing pain, swelling, or difficulty opening your mouth, it’s best to see your dentist right away. The good news is that this condition is completely treatable with the right care.

Swelling and changes in the mouth after extraction can create unfamiliar sensations and change normal bite patterns which may lead to cheek bite .But it's usually self limiting and will reduce with time
Next Steps
If it is too bothersome ,u can get examined to see if any sharp tooth edges are bothering the cheek
Health Tips
You can use a numbing gel or antiseptic gel if needed
