Asked for Male, 27 Years

My Granny Passes Black stool for the Past 2 Weeks. Twice she done Endoscopy n Colonoscopy sigmoidoscopy CT Angiogram. From the Colonoscopy its shown a Small Bowel Bleed. From the Ct Angiogram its shown a Occlusion Thrombosis on Right Leg. After every two day one unit of blood is given,if the Hb is below 7.She is a diabetic Patient n asthma. She is 76 yrs of age. Capsule endoscopy is non avialability right now. What are the Line of treatment should be given. Suggest me.

This is a complex case. An angiography and embolisation might be required. She might need a surgery, if she is physically fit enough. Occlusion thrombosis of leg also needs treatment. Ultimately, the doctor treating her is in the best position to answer your question.
