I am notice from last 3 days when I go for bowl movement stool color is black. I have consumed Vegetable of Mustard green Curry (sarson da saag ) Can is the reason for black stool or any More. Any test I need to do

Likely green leafy vegetables cause such stools. No need to worry if no other symptom. If stools are tar coal like black and u have palpitations or easy fatigue then we suspect any bleeding otherwise not to worry.
