Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi, I am a mother of 10 months old kid. Having skin issues - black spots on either side of the arms and little on face. My skin is very sensitive even afraid to use moisturizers etc. And having dark neck. Request to prescribe external medications, daily skin care (having dry skin) Regards.
