Black spot on hands

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I had a high viral fever almost a month back. Consulted with doctor and I got recovered. After few days started getting black rashes on nose and hand. Again consulted with doctor , he informed it's post fever pigmentation and suggested some medicine and cream. But from last few days again I have started getting black spot n rashes on hands mostly on finger joints. I did all the required test asked by doctor. Blood test urine test and some more. Just want to know it is expected? He does mention it will take 2-3 weeks.. but it's more than a month now Please suggest
