From your complaint it seems like acanthosis nigricans. It is asymptomatic, but may suggest underlying metabolic syndrome. Are you overweight? Any Family history of same complaint? Will require some blood tests and treatment include topical application of creams and chemical peel or fractional co2 laser. All this treatment will reduce pigmentation.
