Which of the medicine causes black fungus and what is the best another medicine and
how could we beforehand check if we are in initial stages of black fungus ?

Hello dear. First of all, medicines don't cause black fungus. Second, it's a systemic disease which affects immunocompromised individuals. You should consult a pulmonologist or chest specialist for it.
Most importantly, it has nothing to do with the fungal infections of the skin. Please don't be misled by whatever you see or hear on whatsapp/fb etc.
