Bite wound
My toddler nephew bit my arm in anger. He bit in over my clothes, not on the bare arm. But the wound is big and it's burning. Will it heal with regular over the counter ointment, or will I have to take any injection for infection.

You need local antibiotics ointment and also systemic antibiotics.
