Mala N was a good option as it is cheap and highly effective. Other than that Copper T would be a good option if you don't want to remember taking tablet every day.

I am a strong proponent of Intrauterine Contraceptive device. She gets it fitted and she can forget it. First two or three months she may have some problem like pain or excessive period. But slowly they will settle down and she will have no problem.
She can conceive if she desires to have another baby later on. You just have to get it removed (OPD procedure). No anaesthesia required.
So go for IUCD
Hello welcome to practo.com,acording to me oral contraceptive pills are best, you can start better brand like YAZ ,from day 1 to day 28 and from 29 th day restart new packet
