If I go for ankle implant removal surgery after 1 year, will there be bone overgrowth? Also will it hinder operation?

No, there is some bone implant interaction, but it should not hinder the implant removal as such. You can safely remove it after 1 year.
Next Steps
As years pass by, there could be new bone formation in and around the implant, which might make it a little bit difficult to remove the implant, but it is done quite routinely, so it should not be a problem for the operating surgeon.

You can get that implant removal done. Nothing will hinder. Bone overgrowth is common
