Bilirubin level is slightly raised.
When you have only slightly raised levels, it takes a long time before you come to a level within range.

Symptoms of any sort or not?
Seems like fatty liver disease and its not significant increase unless transaminases are increased too.
Other systemic causes are to be checked and treated accordingly.
Consult a doctor before junping to conclusions.
