I have been feeling down and loss of appetite. Also my platelets is 112 and Vitamin D 11. My TSH is 10. These were the issues in my report, please suggest.

Reports are deranged. But there are multiple causes for the same. Need to evaluate in a holistic approach, orelse treating just the reports might not be a good idea. Can you please share the complete reports? Can suggest you better with complete report and detailed history. You can consult online in practo for detailed discussion and management.

Your Platelet count doesn't need any interference. Your Vit D3 is low. You may start supplements after consultation with your doctor. Your TSH is high. It needs supplentation with Thyroid hormone. Please consult your doctor for the appropriate treatment.
