Bilateral ovarian endometrioma, AMH 0.74
Both ovaries cyst reduced by 2cm each with dinogest 2mg for 2months and 4mg from last 1month. AMH 0.741 Experiencing mild pain very often and twice thrice in a day severe pain in lower abdomen. Brown discharge with black dirty material from last 4days. Cyst size right 4.5cm and left 3.6cm Should i continue dinogest 4mg or go for laproscopy?

Go for laparoscopy first and then you may require IVF...Dinogest may not work for such high grade endometriosis
