Big ulcer on inner cheek
Hi, i have attach one pic of male patient whose age is around 35-40 yrs, please check and let me know if this is normal ulcer on cheek or anything serious. because he is having this issue from around 2 months. please help to understand by seeing the pic whether this is normal ulcer or anything serious... please please help this person. your opinion will give comfort to him and his wife . note: it also has big long crack of 2cm long which is not visible in the pic

Not much can be said by merely looking at the picture. I would suggest him to go to a maxillofacial surgeon and get a biopsy of the lesion done as soon as possible.

Hello dear Please be calm I think history of smoking is there which do create a chance of chronic irritation. So according to me it doesn't seem to be simple traumatic ulcer. For further details you can consult me Thanks

Immediately go for Biopsy as it's there for 2 months and seems he has difficulty in opening mouth too. Plz take the history of tobacco , smoking etc
