Big Dominating follicle
My prolactin is 42 TSH 3.2 ...yester day I did a 11th day follicular study right overy 3.2*3.1cm df and left overy small follicle ...is that right overy follicle forms a cyst ?endometrium thickness is 7.8 mm ...again thay called me on 15 th day ..I am so tensed and worried I am trying to conceive from past 2 year ...,😥some times I feel that I will never get pregnent,z😭

Connect please. Yes there is follicular cyst in rt ovary. Your Prolactin is very high which needs treatment as it prevents ovulation.

this cycle it may not be possible as it has become a cyst..if you are not conceiving with ovulation induction u can go for IUI>IVF

If it’s already 3cms, it’s more likely a cyst. You should plan ovulation induction next cycle, where medications are given for egg growth, follicular monitoring and then injection for ovulation. Also, better to have prolactin under control before starting treatment, as high prolactin levels interfere with ovulation.

U need to strt follicular monitoring from day 8
N take dn injection the day the size of the egg is 18*20 mm
