BGR-34 usage for diabetes

Is is okay to use BGR-34. My husband has fasting sugar of 118 and post lunch 167. His last year routine chekups were fine. This year bit high. He has family history of diabetes.

It is okay to use BGR -34, however BGR-34 alone is not sufficient to improve sugars. It is an adjunct to diabetes medications. what medications is he taking for diabetes? His post meal and fasting sugars are high.
