BGR-34 review
Can anybody let us know the review of BGR-34. Somebody has recommended my father (Age- 60). His fasting blood glucose level is 140-145.

Hi .... the above notes says that being fasting GRBS 140 means he s diabetic.
BGR -34 In many cases has not shown much results in bringing down blood sugars when compared with change in lifestyle and getting into diabetic healthy diet.
There is a need of much more history in detail.
Suggest you to check 2hrs after meal sugars and HbA1c for further management.

1.Diabetic low fat high fibre diet (1/3part of carbs, 1/3 protien, 2/3 vegetables.
2. walking and excercise everyday for 30 to 45 mins regularly.
